I've just noticed the tallest tower's total hieght has just changed from 44 storeys at 482ft to 46 storeys at 508ft. Making it a skyscraper proposal instead bring up the total of proposed skyscrapers to 196 WOW!

The auto service centre at 1361 The Queensway has now been turned into some sort of office or sales centre. It's got Greybrook branding with black signage all around. Perhaps sales will be starting soon.

December resubmission here, mainly addressing engineering & construction services conditional in the OLT approval. The following numerical changes have been updated:
  • Total heights decreased from 154.78 & 121.46 m to 153.68 & 120.38m
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 890 to 888
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 892 to 904
