This project is located downtown and should at least be 5-6 stories and not a multi-unit extended house.
I don't disagree, but this owners has submitted this like 4 times and failed each time, not to mention this isn't really a minor adjustment, it's literally way above zoning. We can disagree with the zoning as much as we like. But that doesn't mean the CoA is the right place to bring this. It requires a zoning amendment to my understanding. It may be allowed under the under appeal zoning changes, but I'm not certain.
