This photo by @AlbertC on the Alias thread shows why THIS project cannot add floors - as was originally planned. I assume Alias 'made an arrangement". McVeigh's may now be closed - no live acts noted on their website since mid-February. If it's closed, let's hope they get to work sooner than later but, as far as I can see, it has no active building permits and the 2025 permit copied above is no longer there.. There IS a 2022 Zoning Review

That heritage building deserves some TLC. Clearly it can't be redeveloped.
