Hmmmm

🤨

Is Core about to find itself on the wrong end of a Stop Work Order?

I concur with @Paclo there is no valid permit under which the work in @mburrrrr 's photos can be proceeding.

So....This is simply soil remediation at this point? Therefore is it actually going to get built OR is Core playing with time until this project is more feasible financially?

Still all quiet here 😬

Hmmm, I wonder if someone was encouraged to catch up their paperwork needs after reading this thread....... LOL

Co-Living? LOL Interesting word choice vs multi-res or PBR. I generally read Co-living to mean something else.
It's effectively intended to be a glorified student res but for people over 30 it seems. Why the "metrics" work (right now) is bc they are assuming 3 different ppl will pay $2k in rent each for a 3 bed with shared kitchen + living room - so $6k/month for a 3 bed instead of standard rents of $3-4K/month. I believe they are assuming $2,700/month for their studios. Though they intend to come furnished, with utilities, cleaning and internet/cable included in the monthly rent. I assume they revised their anticipated rental rates given softening in rental market. We'll see how this plays out

I wasn't aware they were going for this format.

I'm very suspicious about whether there is a market for this at any scale.
