I was by today, but was running and didn't grab any photos. There are a couple of excavators there. They have filled in the excavation with stone pretty much back to grade.

Maybe they just mean that the drywall will be extra thinCo-Living? LOL Interesting word choice vs multi-res or PBR. I generally read Co-living to mean something else.
It's effectively intended to be a glorified student res but for people over 30 it seems. Why the "metrics" work (right now) is bc they are assuming 3 different ppl will pay $2k in rent each for a 3 bed with shared kitchen + living room - so $6k/month for a 3 bed instead of standard rents of $3-4K/month. I believe they are assuming $2,700/month for their studios. Though they intend to come furnished, with utilities, cleaning and internet/cable included in the monthly rent.
