  • Total bicycle parking reduced from 245 to 244
Additionally, this has been revised from 24 to 26-storeys in the database based on the indoor amenity in both mechanical levels.

IF they can execute the cladding as rendered, not bad; but the protruding balconies on the one podium elevation are a hard no. Inset fine, projecting, on a podium, nope.
