According to Google Maps, it's opening Dec 7th.

Got there just past 4 when it closed until they work out kinks. But they did let me take a few snaps and I love it! Not for everyone but I will definitely suggest meeting here for coffee with friends. Taken 13 May.

Taken 15 June. So another retail tenant is coming. And street furniture and growing trees make for a nice frontage.

They FINALLY started the rest of the cladding at street level too. You can see it under the coffee house's windows and the other retail unit that has been leased. Are they really just waiting until units are leased before they install the cladding? Kinda lame if that's the case.

The La Golosa gelato place is now open

The cladding at street level looks botched though with those vertical strips not fully covered
