This one was really slow to get above ground but hoping they'll pick up pace that lot sat vacant for so many years really hoping we start seeing some of the proposals start in the Barrie area

Yea, the one by the highway is moving quickly though. It’s already coming up above the ground.

Yeah skydev moves at a pretty good pace they have a development going up here and they just put up three four story buildings in under 3 months this one will be a really nice little addition on that corner

That’s great news, it’s just hard to get a photo cause there aren’t any great angles from the roadsides.

The residences on Owen have a huge dugout, but I haven’t seen any workers there for months. They’ve had that hole for at least half a year.

Yeah I have tried to sneak over and get some pictures of Grove Street it's a pain thanks for grabbing pictures though because it's nice getting stuff outside of Toronto too I know the site is urban to but there are high-rise lovers outside of Toronto and very cost me a lot less gas money to go look

Yea I don’t know though, its still moving slow I think, but at least it’s moving unlike some other sites around.
