Passed by this still nothing happening site yesterday........nothing to take a picture of....... 1117 next door is still not being demolished.
So...I mulled through the permits to see if I need to put @HousingNowTO on to the proponents for stalling...
There is evidence of activity on the permits in the last 2 months.........but shoring has not been issued yet for 1111,

They've had the demo permit for 11 months (since April '25)
Site Service is 'issuance pending' so the cheque just needs to clear.
For that one, I don't see either shoring or foundation permits in the file...............seems odd.
