Its not bad..oh hell it borders on quite good....but why change the architectural expression above the 7th flloor? It doesn't make any sense to me, it doesn't add any value.

I'm pleased the developer has managed to keep the entire house (mostly) rather than do strict façadism. Perfect scale for this stretch of Avenue.
