Largely because I have a huge bias favoring warm colors and lack of back painted spandrel, but also cause I really like the wood/wood-like finish in the central courtyard (no one very does wood/wood-like exteriors on multifamily in his city), I prefer this building over 99% of what's been built in Toronto over the last 30 years.
