Funny, Canderel have been trying to punt this but nobody could make sense of the numbers with the office replacement component. Wonder if this will help push someone over the edge.

What does punt mean? Sell?

Also Canderel has sold its interest to Fiera which owns 100% of it now, I am told.
 
@fiendishlibrarian has me looking under the hood on this one....

No new Cover letter, but significant new docs in March '26 (Arch. Drawings, Project Data and REsubmission ) among others.

Application is still 'under review'; but the Draft Zoning By-law just got submitted so it wouldn't surprise me if they are hoping to turn this to July Council.
