I get that there's no rezoning on a project like this, but it's absolutely wild there's no site plan as well. Everything that gets secured in NOAC in terms of infrastructure upgrades, among other things, to the surrounding area - how TF does all that get enshrined??

Yeah, they've been picking at the site for a few weeks. I suspect due to the nature of the site and how interconnected some of the older structures are with utilities, etc, it make demolition here a little less simple than say, a row of SFH.

Wow I forgot about this store. I remember their truck circling the Yonge Dundas area throughout my entire time at Ryerson and yet never actually went there.
