Following an initial OLT Case Management Conference (CMC) on August 7, 2024, the OLT held a written settlement hearing on September 19th, 2024, based on City Council’s settlement decision and the
affidavit from David McKay of MHBC, the professional planning consultant retained by Amdev. The OLT issued its decision and interim Order on October 11, 2024 (Case No. OLT-24-000436).

The OLT allowed the OPA/ZBA appeals, in part, on an interim basis, contingent upon confirmation, satisfaction or receipt of pre-requisite conditions to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor. The OLT has required those conditions to be fulfilled by March 19, 2025. Once satisfied, the OLT will issue its final Order approving the OPA and ZBA.
