@HousingNowTO will wish to note that this iteration of the proposal does not commit to any rental replacement units, any affordable units, nor does it suggest tenure is a settled matter.

4 elevators to 518 units in Bldg B - 1 per 119 units

Someone layout 3 bedrooms and the furniture in this unit

Though I totally agree on the layout issues I can actually see how it would be a very appealing unit (to me personally at least, and not necessarily with 3 bedrooms) because of all the windows (as compared at least to the typical Toronto bowling alley). This is more of a personal take (and my preference for living in a fish bowl wrapped in windows), rather than a comment on the general marketability or efficiency

It absolutely is a very appealing unit... as a 1 bedroom, maybe 1+den.

33 Mill has a similar type of unit at 1200 SF and it's a 2bed and 2bath - https://mytorontocondo.com/listings/33-mill-street-2/

The concept is cool, but the living room is very compromised

This should quite literally be illegal. What a useless piece of space

This proposal on this small lot is such an overreaching, cramped concept that well...it’s beyond terrible. If the property owner wants to cram in more housing it should be mid rise. Or, how about a park?
