Despite the ongoing interior issues, I’ve always considered these towers as one of the better aA efforts. Instead of a box with balconies, they put some real design thought into these towers. And they looked great on the waterfront skyline until Wallman’s tower blocked them.

Yes, it is sad that buildings which are certainly better than many are so poorly managed and have a VERY justifiable reputation as being hell holes!
 
As with most other Lanterra developed buildings, their exteriors look nice objectively. I just wouldn't want to live in one after hearing horror stories about several of their developments and having been in some of them before.

And then there's No. 31 Condos in the Distillery District, that one also looks shoddy on the outside.
