Well, I guess there are three noteworthy/legendary strains of "Miami Modernist" to choose from: South Beach Deco, High Lapidus (Fontainebleau, Eden Roc, etc), and Miami Vice Arquitectonica--and the latter is the only one more truly "Miami" than "Miami Beach"...
