This project completes a street wall from Fort York Blvd to Fleet St. Impressive. This area was so pedestrian unfriendly in the past.

Hopefully the retail will be something other than banks and drycleaners... otherwise the area will be doomed to remain pedestrian unfriendly..
 
It's unbelievable how close it is to the Gardiner. I realized that yesterday on the expressway. It came out of nowhere.

Nice update RM
Wow, all this development nearby just blows my mind, meanwhile in the background the art-deco Loblaws bldg just sits there deteriorating, the Bathurst street bridge re-development just keeps on getting delayed again and again, the future June Callwood Park also sits there neglected with mud and weeds since GH3 won the competion 3-1/2 years ago....'Get my drift:eek:'
