That long skinny pale brick will be a nice change of materials along that stretch of road.

More brick on the Richmond side, there has been activity at the service station as well.

Well, they will be moving the building on March 31st. Closure of Richmond road from 7pm until 5am.

Looks to be accurate to the newest renderings. The unbricked portion will be black panels. Some panels are already being installed on the west face. Curious if they will actually be turning the red roof black as well per the renderings. I don't really have a problem with that if they keep the same tone of cream.
I really hate that they had to keep that gas station. It just looks so out of place and I can't imagine a building design that would have looked much more harmonious (maybe full glass?)

It definitely feels out of place, but there’s a quirkiness to it that I think gives the area character (something that the couple blocks of Richmond west of island park severely lacks)

Got the old roof peeled off. I would imagine they would be replacing it with the exact same profile materials but new powder coated metal.
