My understanding - an agreement has been reached between the City and the developers of the adjoining site, the planned retirement home at 462 Wellington West, to use the park for construction staging, after which the park will be redeveloped with a financial contribution to the City from the retirement home project (Verve Senior Living) in addition to the already in place land contribution from The Well. On another note - for Draper Street my understanding is that interlocking brick has at least been proposed for the Draper Street reconstruction, but I do not know one way or the other as to whether it made the final funded plans.
