Though a shift might be good, the Building permit looks very 'minor' and makes no mention of the external work.

The BlogTO article and website link refers to new facade. They are certainly doing something with it but unless they have really screwed up it is far from being finished.

The new facade looks terribly shoddy in person. I'm hoping this isn't the final result. It still says "Strathcona" on the south wall.
