I drove by here yesterday, and noticed a new sign from Cira Homes about a new multi-family project on the empty lot along Fort Road

Nothing on their website yet about the project

Forgot to add it to the map, but on the SW corner of 129 ave & 66 st (across from St. Francis school), there's a multi-family project under construction that's about 2 levels deep for a parkade

The blue circled project in the bottom left corner is actually Treaty 8 First Nations of Alberta, not Niginan.
 
At today's Executive Committee meeting, Administration said that all land parcels are now sold; none are city-owned, and the Belvedere CRL isn't needed anymore.

There's a rezoning application pending for one, and the other will see movement closer to the expiration of the temporary women's shelter.
