I also got insturctions after a month. I did not follow up though. Seems like one month is normal procedural timelines for Trisura to send instructions after our emails for refund.

Yes, we did sign the entire agreement. We need our deposit refund asap.
 
For those that terminated their APS after March 13th 2026, did you submit your deposit refund related documents to the MNP/Trisura portal or directly to the Trisurasettlement email? I am asking as the emails received from them are anonymous and do not show any person's name or office location. I was given a choice to either email the documents to the Trisurasettlement email or upload it to the portal and I chose to email the documents.

I submitted documents to the MNP portal.

Your documents have been received and are being reviewed. We will contact you if anything further is needed.
Timing of your claim is dependent on a number of factors, such as timing of receipt of your completed claim, validation of the contents of your claim and other processes, some of which are out of the control of MNP Ltd. so we are not able to provide an accurate timeline. This is a process which involves various levels of scrutiny, numerous entities, reviews and approval levels as well as funding being provided from the respective insurers. Thank you for your patience.

Okay thanks, it is the same response that I also received via email. Now we have to wait and watch. I heard it takes about 2 months time.
