WOW .... 90 Harbour in that archived picture was just being built .... whereas today we are awaiting a redevelopment proposal which will likely involve the demolition of that very same structure (possibly retaining only the facade)

18 York's corner feature was lit up tonight, at the top. Think Bell Lightbox but transparent glass instead of that spandrel-type frosted glass.

PATH connection between Telus and 18 York is complete! Took a walk through it today.

Looks like the back wall is expecting some form of artwork. I for one really hope it's not the same mind numbing type of mural like the one they placed on the back wall at Telus. I really don't like that one .

Trying to imagine what the view and the street wall is going to look like with ICE + office tower, as well as 90 and 120 Harbour Streets are complete .

Did they make any allowance in 18 York for retail units, or if the ground level just the lobby?

I think there's a retail unit on Bremner right beside the parking ramp, with doors to the outside and the lobby. I'll take a photo of it next time. I don't know if there are any other retail units planned in the lobby area. Maybe upstairs along the continued PATH alignment towards Bremner Tower and the Delta Hotel, when they do open it up in the coming years?

I cant find the floor plans on the website right now.. but If I recall the second floor had a number of retail units (along the PATH), and the first floor had the one that Atlantis mentioned. Im assuming the second SFC tower will be similar.
