Square One today over the noon hour. More cars in the parking lots than I expected but still nowhere near a normal Boxing Day. Good luck shoppers with the Omicron or that nasty cold that masquerades as Omicron but shows neg on the PCR test.

bangkok......My immediate reaction was: That's not steel-beam construction is it?
I'm puzzled by the colour.
Almost everything today seems to be built with reinforced-concrete.
Am I correct?

It's definitely concrete. The floorplate fencing is red and that makes it look a little like steel, particularly with the contrast turned way up in the photo in your post. In the photo below it shows the fencing a little better.
