Starting a thread for Midfield Heights now that the City is marketing the lots for sale to builders. Information on the project can be found here. I will use this thread to track the individual DPs/projects as they come in, similar to the West District and Springbank Hill threads.

Block 8 lot 2 is now fenced off and there's an excavator sitting there. Block 8 lot 4 is also now fenced off so hopefully soon on both

New affordable housing development announced for long-vacant Midfield site

A long-debated site in northeast Calgary is entering a new phase, with officials set to announce an affordable housing development.

This one building bringing 176 units where the entire Midfield trailer park held about the same amount of trailers. Impressive density gains!
