Yup, The tower under construction was originally 18. It was pushed up to 28 and I believe the airport's closure was mentioned in the revised zoning report.

Looks like there's going to be at least a one year delay on the closing of Building A. Buttonville airport's closing has been delayed until October 2018 or later. Anyone know if it's possible to leave the top of a building unfinished but still have the lower floors occupied?

Aura was completed and occupied in 3 stages (even while construction continued outside without anything noticeable to the passerby)—it all depends on what you do wherever you want to seal off the elements.

Looks like the city has approved the construction of the additional 10 stories regardless of Buttonville's closure.
They've started building the 22nd and 23rd floors this week!
