PG Clucks are opening a second location, which will be at former spot of Poutini's at 1112 Queen St W, just west of Dovercourt.
I am surprised at all the new A&W locations. They are far overpriced for what you get.
A 5 chicken strip combo was almost 18 dollars last time I was there.

Yes it's pricey, but fast food restaurants do really well during these Covid times. Sit down restaurants are a thing of the past sadly.Fast food has an elasticity of demand that is relatively low.
People expect fast food to be cheap but it's coming to the point where for a few more dollars you can get a proper sit down meal that is likely better.

Yep. Pizza is recession proof by virtue of it being quick and tasty.

Terrible hours as well. I think they thought of themselves as an Eaton Centre pub, when really, they may have been technically part of the building, but had little to do with its shoppers, hours or otherwise in reality.Was that the one attached to the Eaton Centre? It too suffered from being in a low visibility location and having not much of a patio for where it was.
