For reference only, but had me thinking, what is our plan . All that infrastructure built and all we really have are open fields and outlines where there might be a building (especially the area between Williams and the RHYC). Why no active partnerships , and sure the condo market is way off , but these things take years to build . If not condo, then lux rentals.
