I went through this once, it was 10 months of absolute hell.

For anyone interested, this building is an example of a co-operative ownership.

^The address is actually 30 Gloucester (typo on my part). The units are relatively cheap but you need 25% down.

^ 1 bedroom around $200k, 2 bedroom around $250k. Almost half of what you'd pay in CASA or BSN a block north.
