Yes cooling tower replacement. Not as heavy as a chiller but need the extra height and reach the crane can give. May start see more of this in the next few years as both chillers and cooling towers are coming due for the next life cycle replacements.

IDK what they are going to do with this space. I used to go there all the time for lunch, but the different places (I think they were owned by the same company for a long time) all closed.

They redid the lobby, but did not do anything here, except some paint. Although its dated, its kind of all set up for someone to just take over one or more of these spots. Maybe they are just waiting for that to happen.
