That's a new version of the City Park's signage......I dn't think its an improvement. Given that I dislike the current/previous design.......

Yes, PFR really is TOTALLY disfunctional and has been for years. The recent Auditor reports are simply the latest evidence of it. Too bad, as there are some good people there .....

If anyone is up on the Dufferin Grove gossip, it has been a real eye opener on how badly managed PFR is. Some of the kids who work at the park claimed that they were assaulted by a little old lady who is a legend in the neighbourhood for her work on the park (such as getting the epic sand pit and the pizza ovens). They actually got TPS to trespass her and banned her from the park (and any city facility, in fact). Nobody senior stepped in at any point to stop the insanity for almost three months. Absolutely zero interest in holding anyone accountable.
