That's a bargain for such a nice historic building and prime Queen Street location - what the hell is wrong with it??

Sorauren is one of my favourite streets in Toronto. If I could buy a house anywhere in the city, it would probably be either right on this street or on the adjacent side streets. The location really has everything you could want.

The Elm Grove Living Centre long-term care home at 32 Elm Grove Ave, one block south of Queen St W, have announced that they're closing down:

Sixth Toronto nursing home announces closure, bringing total of long-term-care beds lost to 650 in less than three years

With its closure, Elm Grove Living Centre, a 126-bed facility in south Parkdale, becomes the third Toronto long-term-care home this year alone to announce it’s shutting down.
