^ No -- I am proposing depressing it underneath Old Strathcona -- pedestrian elements above; roadway below. Access points to Old Strathcona at 80th Avenue, Parking near the Farmers' Market and off ramp at Saskatchewan Drive. If anything the drive into central Edmonton via Gateway would be less constricted and Old Strathcona would be freed up in terms of major roadways cutting it up into ribbons of vehicle-dominant arterials.

Zones 3 & 4 combined feature a unique park built over a large 2-level parking garage and a bunch of other amenities...

Yeah, I don't think anything is happening in that building for a while. Revex.ca isn’t a functional website and all those renderings of that rooftop restaurant are ai generated images hoping to entice someone to go in on a major investment with the owner. Don’t see that happening any time soon.

The building just south of it, where Clair-i-tea currently is, IS getting some internal work done though. I can say there will be a restaurant/bar in there pretty soon.

Potentially exciting rezoning:

Address: 7816 - 104 STREET NW
10408 - 78 AVENUE NW
10408 - 78 AVENUE NW
Description: The City has received a rezoning Land Development Application (LDA) from Situate. The proposed rezoning is from the Mixed Use Zone (MU h16 f 3.5 cf) to the Mixed Use Zone (MU h28 f6.0 cf). The proposed zone will allow allow a taller and larger building and continue to allow for mixed use development including residential and commercial. In the Scona District Plan, the site is located in the Gateway Blvd/Calgary Trail Primary Corridor.
