I sometimes think I’ve seen everything when in comes to insane pettiness.

Then along comes something to show me I don’t know much about it at all.

Whoever made the decision to remove the hearts should be embarrassed by their pettiness. :(

There is a tone that is set or comes from the top of the government. I am a bit surprised by this in particular, but not surprised by the pettiness in general.

For sure....let's get some home town hero Carney bucks flowing into that place. Gawd knows that the Feds have pumped billions into museums into Ott/Gat.
 
Here's Smitty's presser on it.....I'm a little put off by the line "one final opportunity to explore......." Well whose fault is that? Almost as if it's our fault for not having proposals on the table? What a stoopid thing to say.....Gawd I hate every word that comes out of their mouths.

What was the national museum the federal government under Harper was looking for a host centre for and then Edmonton was the top bid? Or only qualifying bid meeting the standards? And then the feds scrapped the idea?
Anyone remember that?
