Silly question which I think has been answered before, but are they planning to construct both towers simultaneously or in phases one at a time?

Both towers at the same time.
Seeing both of these rise at the same time will have such an impact. This has been repeated at nauseum, but the west skyline will have transformed in a short period of about 5 years with Moon, Relevé, East Flats, the retirement home on Sparks and Dream.

I really hope we can see 900 Albert and Claridge's Lebreton big tower break ground before the end of the decade. That would be amazing to see them all go up.

Wow, that's significant and it certainly sets a precedent for Albert Street through the Flats.

From yesterday. You can see the "Dream" sign that will be at the top of the crane.

Good to see new crane going up. They've been mostly coming down lately. At some point a few years ago I could see 22 from my window. Now it's just 6.
