Both buildings in phase 4A/B are topped off, with cladding and window installation progressing. Cranes will probably come down soon, and if no cranes are put up until then, Trafalgar Urban Core will temporarily have 0 cranes, something that hasn't happened for 5 years (since the first Oak and Co crane was put up in 2019).

A dentist (replacing a sales centre) is opening in the previous phase of this development to the north... Which would be the first commercial occupancy of any of these buildings along Trafalgar North of Dundas. None of the other buildings have any commercial space....

I'm pretty sure the taller 20 story building is now undergoing occupancy. The construction hoist for the shorter one has been removed, with final cladding being added. Photos from today:
