The tower is now 6 stories high, and still no garage podium work. Meanwhile a facade mockup appeared whose brick facade references the exact masonry style of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, which is developing the tower in partnership with Dranoff. The little window does look a little awkward, but I believe it is just a proof of concept rather than actual window sizes.
