Work on the tower is nearly complete. All that is left other than interiors is the smooth and reflective Anish Kapoor sculpture that will be New York City's version of the Chicago Millenium Park "bean".

The tower is effectively complete. All that is left is the Anish Kapoor reflective blob sculpture, which fills the empty pad on the corner. It is just odd that the arrangement of rebar is completely covered in concrete rather than connecting the sculpture to the ground. It will apparently be installed in the fall.
