The city of Mississauga yesterday authorized staff to purchase a 0.481 acre piece of land in Port Credit. The exact details were not disclosed, but it was described as being for a fire station re-location and re-development, and for community services. The current fire station 104 is a heritage building, and cannot be expanded. It's hard to discern from the lot description, but I think they are referencing the lots east of the existing fire station and Clarke Memorial Hall.
