Correct

7906 86 Ave in Idylwylde (currently Edmonton Korean First Presbyterian with the pyramid roof) just listed and is marketed as a redevelopment opportunity. About 1.2 acres of land about a 5 minute walk to Bonnie Doon's LRT.

Fun fact, in the 60's this land (and more parcels) were originally planned for Bonnie Doon Centre but the residents fought back against it being so close to the Idylwylde School.

Korean church and associated lots also for sale in Ritchie on 74th Ave between 96 and 97th St.
Oh man... I'd love to see it bought and repurposed instead of torn down. I saw a youtube video where a couple bough a historical church in the US and turned it into an event facility, with adjoining boutique hotel, and it looked awesome.
It'd be cool to see something like that here, IMO

From a history perspective I know of at least two churches in Edmonton that in years past have been turned into music venues and at the time of the transition were very successful but didn't last -- one was further turned into a needs-based facility for food and shelter and the other was eventually demolished.

At the time of the sale - I'm certain it was from the same developer of the "Ravines" right behind looking for expansion.
Came across this…..I think

So this used to be the nicest little greenhouse and we used it all the time when we lived in Blackburne, thought they sold it to developers but it appears it's only being used as "overflow for the Lexus dealership across the deuce?
Another 495 units here…..I think this is the “Village.”

I believe this is the lot - whereby I posted a 5 storey wood frame jobby was proceeding - received financing in the Winter.....so we can watch for that one to go ahead.

So drove by this morning and there's an excavator on site.

Maybe something happening here...finally!
