Walker and wellington FH are supposed to start this fall. Bird construction has them

New fencing up around this one. Hopefully means it’s starting soon. And Beljan’s project a few blocks south will likely start in the next 6-12 months too as they finish up 49 west. Some great TOD additions to mature areas.

156th Street is starting to pick up some momentum! hopefully we cans see some mixed-use mid rise buildings crop up near the LRT stops.

Last I heard, GEF's plan was to have a 3-4 storey independent living building for seniors. Not certain if that's still going ahead.

Edit: According to redditors the city will determine future use and is likely to be affordable housing.

Doubtful Wellington will be ready to go until November at the earliest. Needs a rezoning and subdivision which won’t be going to council until after the election.
