Fascinated to see how this leases. Hopefully it does well. Much more in the thick of the challenges than The Switch
$1,200/mo one bedrooms is lowkey competitive these days for non-stick built and what appear to be decently renovated rooms. If they can keep the building secure, it's a pretty solid deal albeit that's a big IF.Fascinated to see how this leases. Hopefully it does well. $1200 is incredibly competitive, for what I see on he renovations. Hard to find anything halfway decent for less than $1500 nowadays. If I manage to go back to Edmonton, that'd probably be a place I'd look on renting, tbh, considering that I hardly ever leave the apartment anyways lol. Plus the walk to Rogers would be relatively decent.$1,200/mo one bedrooms is lowkey competitive these days for non-stick built and what appear to be decently renovated rooms. Lots of lipstick on this old gal does not fix the fundamental problems of which location is only one. They’ll need to be competitive with their pricing if they want to fill the building. Yes, it’s close to Rogers and DT, but you need to walk through the sketchiest few blocks in Edmonton to get there. They won’t be able to charge going rates until that area sees a massive change.
Just regular garages from what I remember of the last time I was in there. Are those garages underground parking or just garages attached to the church?
interior renovation, 14 unitsI was passing by the Derwas Court apartments for the first time in a while and was really taken by their beauty. Does anyone know what's going on with them? They've been fenced for at least several months—are they being restored?
