You posted this project, which is across the street on the southside of 111th if that's what you're referring to?

That's fair, both lots of have sat vacant for so long who would think that both are in motion now!
What a change it'll be though for both sides to be developed!

This is apparently it. Doesn't appear to be much to look at, but it's a bunch of people in an empty lot near transit, so there's that!

Hard to tell if it's a new announcement or just an announcement to highlight a previous announcement? Given its location I wonder if it is related to the under construction recreation center.

Canadian Blood Services to move into a space at 5814 51 Ave NW (just down the road from the new Valley Line LRT OMFs). Does anyone know if this is instead of moving to Whitemud Crossing?

That seems like a poor choice of location if so; perhaps just lab or other services? No transit, not near a hospital and pretty inconvenient overall.
