Not sure. From the outside they didn’t look bad especially during an affordable housing crisis. I am assuming mold likely in some at least.

Noticed construction happening on this lot on 87 Ave just south of WEM. Didn't get any pictures but the fencing said Dawson Wallace and Dub Architects were involved. Couldn't find the project online anywhere
