Ville Giroux I believe will be 16 and 20 stories off of Ray Gibbon. Last time I checked this was fenced off with equipment on site.

Was a quick pic while passing by but just wanted to capture a refresh for the Bristol Tower on Jasper and 121 street (Leston property). Looks fine in person. Similar colour scheme to Jasper Properties across the street.

Leston is really going to town. A lot of purchases and 2 new buildings under construction.
