Has there been any permits that have gone through for that little site on the NW corner of 107 and Groat?

Back in 2021 I bid some work for reclamating a number of old gas station sites for Imperial Oil around Edmonton, and this site was listed as one but never heard anything more. Just saw it's now completely fenced in, has a muster point sign and a portajohn on-site.

I remember when this was a Texaco station. Imperial would have inherited the site when it bought Texaco Canada in 1989.
