The new windows looks great! I do wish they'd have gone with a dark green colour instead of black but I supposed black works easiest to match the new window frames.

Has there been any permits that have gone through for that little site on the NW corner of 107 and Groat?

Back in 2021 I bid some work for reclamating a number of old gas station sites for Imperial Oil around Edmonton, and this site was listed as one but never heard anything more. Just saw it's now completely fenced in, has a muster point sign and a portajohn on-site.

I remember when this was a Texaco station. Imperial would have inherited the site when it bought Texaco Canada in 1989.

It will look better when the proposed adjacent tower is completed. Anyone hear anything on the tower?

I drove by that site yesterday and was wonder what that site would be good for redeveloped.
