Looks like the original building was not as ornate as I thought it would be. I still wish the architect made the addition match the style of the original building. Thank you for sharing.

There was a facade improvement plan for this building from a few years ago to 'modernize' the podium and provide a more defined patio.
It was quite 'overdone' at the time and likely scaled back (a good thing).

The old YWCA…..I remember being there as a kid maybe ‘79 / ‘80 for summer day camps. Thought it was the coolest building in the world cause it had a pool in its basement

The building permit was submitted at the end of November is going through the review process.
