Well, this is where we finish our Valley line and continue on the Metro line towards St.Albert. I hope they can get moving here so that once current construction here in town is concluding they are already starting on the next line.

Unpopular opinion is to shift funding towards the airport connection asap tbh. That bridge over the rail yards is going to cost a fortune, and might pay for an airport connection entirely.

At this point, if CN cooperates on the LRT construction, I’d be happy with a no-frills LRT bridge across the Walker/Calder Yards.
