This whole area ! From Queen down to King, needs a lot more retail ! Not referring to Queen directly but mainly the entire section in between and King it self which is severly lacking retail in this area.

25 December 2012: Ironic when a purpose built apartment building looks better than the dozens of neighbouring condo buildings.

I live around the corner and can say, this is the best looking building outside of the Toy Factory and Candy Lofts. This really puts the condos in Liberty village to shame. What a mess they made just South of this building.

A second retail tenant has finally opened here, taking the corner unit. A very ugly convienence store.. it’s a shame a restaurant couldn’t have taken the space as it had good patio potential:
