The lower two floors are being conveyed to the City for a City daycare and Community Hub for non-profits on the 2nd floor. The tenants on 2nd floor are determined by the City. The upper two floors are office space that will be owned and managed by Fitzrovia. The amenity outdoor terrace for Block D is on top of the Kent School.Has anyone actually published specific details about how the Kent building will be designed and used?
